The Chefornak Yuraq Drummers and Dance Team has set their Annual Yuraq Festival to March 16, 17 and 18, 2012. The Yuraq Festival will take place at the Chefornak Schools Gymnasium.

Eskimo Dance Groups from Toksook Bay, Tununak, Nightmute and Newtok come annually to participate and to have fun during the festival.
